The purpose of the project is to automate the handling of quality in general within the production department of QPLAS.
As QPLAS is an internationally wide spread company, the action management processes runs over the different countries and follows the international 8D approach to solve manufacturing problems (http://quality-one.com/8d)
The common special character of these processes is that they all need actions to be dynamically defined at runtime rather than being designed in the process, depending on the nature of the problem.
